Mineral By-Product Evaluation

DMI provides consultation services on mineral by-product (MBP) recycling programs and can assist in waste treatment process development. Our in-house lab has the ability to run most physical performance testing and provides quality control for blended products.  Our lab is equipped with the ability to manufacture almost any custom blended construction product either by physical blending, milling or kiln processing, giving us the ability to develop unique products using various materials and manufacturing techniques. We have close relationships with other laboratories that provide us general minerals and chemical evaluations.                      These abilities are vary useful when developing new markets for mineral by-products or developing new waste treatment technologies.  With these lab capabilities and our facilities manufacturing systems we can go from laboratory concept to market very quickly.
